Salmon Burgers with Herb Aioli



For the burgers

-1 egg, slightly beaten

-1 cup breadcrumbs

-1lb Salmon burger


For the aioli

-2 tsp minced garlic

-1 cup mayo

-¼ cup freshly chopped chives

-2tbs fresh dill

-1 tbsp dijon mustard

-1 tbsp lemon juice

-⅛ tsp cayenne pepper

-black pepper


Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients for burgers, mix, and form patties
  2. Place onto grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side
  3. For the aioli mix together all ingredients 
  4. Top your burgers with the aioli and serve on buns if desired
  5. Enjoy!
