Garlic Butter Poached Pollock


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice if you want less lemon flavor only do 1 tbsp
  • 1 lb Pollock
  • Black pepper


  1. Melt butter in a pan, once butter is melted add garlic till browned
  2. Add your black pepper to the pan
  3. Place pollock into the pan and continually baste for 5-6 minutes per side
