Each Seafood Boil Kit is pre packaged in a ready to boil bag (frozen). This means all you have to do is boil your water, add your seasoning, boil your kit for 8-0 minutes.
We ship via UPS Monday through Thursday for any delivery Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship for delivery on the weekend, nor do we ship over the weekend for a Monday delivery. This includes all shipping services including ground & air options.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in coolers with dry ice to help ensure the product arrives frozen.
Standard Shipping
Free shipping is included in any UPS Ground order over $150 and any UPS Select order over $350.
- All orders shipped via UPS Ground service and will deliver within 1 to 3 days, depending on the transit time for your specific location.
- During checkout, our website will give you shipping options to select from and your expected shipping date based upon the shipping information entered when placing the order.
- Once the shipping label is created for your order, you will be emailed the UPS tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. Shipping labels are created upon the day of shipping while we are shipping your actual order. This date may differ from the date you placed your order online.
- We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or Rural Routes
- We DO NOT ship for any Saturday, Sunday, or Monday deliveries

Tracking Your Order
Online orders will receive UPS tracking information emails once the shipping label has been created. The label is created the day your order is shipped so this could differ from the day you place your order online. For any questions contact us at hello@alaskanseafoodguys.com.
PLEASE NOTE:
Although you are given a shipping DAY, we cannot guarantee exact delivery TIMES. We work to deliver your order on time and in frozen condition to your provided address. We do not require a signature upon delivery and if nobody is available at the time of delivery, the courier driver will almost always leave the package at your door. It is in the discretion of the delivery driver whether or not to leave a package if no one is available. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
Monthly Home Delivery Service (In House with our own truck)
Our in house Home Delivery Service occurs in certain towns throughout MT & WY. If you are ordering for Home Delivery in your town, your order will automatically be put into our next Home Delivery Route in your town. Home Delivery is FREE and no minimum order values are required. If you would rather have this order shipped please reach out to hello@alaskanseafoodguys.com for us to arrange or select UPS Ground shipping at checkout. Auto Ship is risk free, cancel anytime. You can select your own delivery frequency (Every 1,2 or 3 months). Once Auto Ship is activated you will have access to our members portal where you can add member only specials to each delivery.

Feast for a family of 5
Ordered the 10person package. Fed my family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens). Great quality, quick, and amazing taste!
We boiled some eggs, added more shrimp and sausage for the kids! Ordered another for my sister’s birthday!

Easy and Delicious
Ordered two sets and this meal was the highlight of our summer. My 8 year old said we need to eat crab and lobster more often and wanted leftovers the next day. Unfortunately, there were no leftovers because it was all so delicious.
