Each Seafood Boil Kit is pre packaged in a ready to boil bag (frozen). This means all you have to do is boil your water, add your seasoning, boil your kit for 8-10 minutes.
We ship via UPS Monday through Thursday for any delivery Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship for delivery on the weekend, nor do we ship over the weekend for a Monday delivery. This includes all shipping services including ground & air options.
All orders are shipped in coolers with dry ice to help ensure the product arrives frozen.
Free shipping is included in any UPS Ground order over $150 and any UPS Select order over $350.

Although you are given a shipping DAY, we cannot guarantee exact delivery TIMES. We work to deliver your order on time and in frozen condition to your provided address. We do not require a signature upon delivery and if nobody is available at the time of delivery, the courier driver will almost always leave the package at your door. It is in the discretion of the delivery driver whether or not to leave a package if no one is available. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
Our in house Home Delivery Service occurs in certain towns throughout MT & WY. If you are ordering for Home Delivery in your town, your order will automatically be put into our next Home Delivery Route in your town. Home Delivery is FREE and no minimum order values are required. Wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first time ordering. Loved how easy to prepare everything was and everything was delicious. Will definitely order again!
We got the 3 pack boil pack bundle that said it would feed 6. We got the packs with crab legs, lobster tails and shrimp and each bag had potatoes, sausage and corn. Along with 3 butters. First off we boiled everything according to instructions. We did boil the shrimp with the seasoning packet. Sadly nothing in that pot had any flavor that would be expected boiling it in seasoning. We had to season it with extra seasonings. We did not boil the others packs with seasonings as we like our crab and lobster plain with butter. We again cooked according to the instructions time and temperature and the lobster fell apart into mush. Was expecting tad bigger lobster tails, sadly these were comparable to a crawfish tail once got tge little bit of meat out..
Also website description said this would feed 6 people, there were 3 of us. None of us ever eat full servings of meals, we never eat huge portions. So we expected to have leftovers for the next day, which we sadly dud not. We only ended up having leftover 3 shrimp, 2 sausage, 1 corn some potatoes and barly half of a cluster of crab. Portions of the potatoes and corn were good. But for sure not enough to satisfy 6 people in 1 sitting. But as far as the quanity of crab, shrimp and quality of the lobster was sub par. I had high hopes and figured we would be return customers, sadly we will not.
While expensive this was worth every penny...and then some. Every single ingredient was superior. The butters really put this whole dish over the top. We did add some more Cajun seasoning to the boil.
The Seafood Guys are not just normal guys, they are my bros. They go over and above to provide a great product and customer service.
