Mac & Cheese on a cold night
We saved the Lobster m&c for a cold night and we got one in December, -20F. We used the cooking instructions from the 1st time we had the dish and put the frozen dish in the oven at 400F for about an hour. The new instructions say to defrost the dish in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Who plans that far ahead?! There was a lot of Lobster in the creamy cheese sauce and macaroni. We like to add some crispy fried onions on top in the last 10 minutes. Really glad there is another one in the freezer for another cold night.
