Hand-crafted by the New England Chowder Co., our New England Clam Chowder is loaded with hand-selected, hand-shucked Atlantic surf clams. Plentiful blend rich & hearty with sweet and tender clams, and loaded with the freshest ingredients, our chowder provides a true New England delight!

Our Alaska Salmon Chowder starts with fresh Alaska wild-caught sockeye salmon, crispy bacon, fire-roasted corn and hearty Idaho potatoes.  The salmon chowder is finished with fresh onions, scallions, a hint of jalapeño pepper and a delicate blend of spices.  This savory and creamy salmon chowder is the ultimate in hearty comfort food and will delight all ages.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Cream Soup Base (modified corn starch, palm oil, maltodextrin, buttermilk, corn syrup solids, sugar, salt, buttermilk powder, yeast extract, soybean oil, onion powder, potassium chloride, natural flavor, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), Salmon, Potatoes (potatoes, dextrose, potassium sorbate, disodium pyrophosphate), Creamed Corn (corn, water, sugar, modified corn starch, salt), Corn, Onions, Cultured Cream (pasteurized cows’ cream, culture), Celery, Bacon, Butter, Fish Base (fish, fish stock, yeast extract, potato flour, whey, corn oil), Clam Juice, Jalapeño Pepper, Scallions, Corn Starch, Garlic, Spices (Celery Seed, Mustard, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Clove, Allspice, Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Paprika), White Pepper, Black Pepper, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Parsley, Nisin Preparation

Handling: Keep refrigerated until use or freeze before Best By Date. The Lobster Chowder can be boiled in the inner bag thawed or frozen. If frozen, thaw under refrigeration or run under cold water. The Lobster ’s ingredients will naturally separate when thawed. Leave soup contents in convenient boiling bag - do not remove prior to boiling, unless microwaving per instructions below.

Heating: STOVE TOP (RECOMMENDED): Remove inner soup bag from container. Bring two to three quarts of water to a boil in a medium size sauce pan. When water begins to boil, place inner soup bag in boiling water. Reduce heat to medium and boil for 15 minutes. Carefully remove bag from boiling water. Cut a slit in the bag with scissors or a knife. Pour contents into serving bowl or two serving bowls if sharing. CAUTION: Hot! Avoid Steam!

MICROWAVE: If frozen, thaw inner soup bag under cold water. Empty contents into 1-quart microwaveable bowl. Cover loosely; microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. CAUTION: Hot! Avoid Steam! Carefully remove from microwave. Stir well. Chowder will be hot.

All Shipments for MT & WY are shipped Monday - Wednesday.  All other states are shipped Monday - Tuesday. If you place an order after these days it will ship the following Monday. Shipping fees do apply to applicable states at checkout.

Home Delivery occurs in certain towns throughout MT & WY.  If you are ordering for Home Delivery in your town, your order will automatically be put into our next Home Delivery Route in your town.  If you would rather have this order shipped please reach out to for us to arrange!
